Assistance & Accessibility Programs

Lifeline Program and Enhanced Lifeline

Lifeline is a federal program dedicated to making internet and phone service more affordable for low-income households. This benefit provides eligible consumers with a monthly discount of up to $9.25.

Consumers living on Tribal lands are eligible for an enhanced discount of up to $34.25 per month. Learn more about Tribal Benefits.

Link Up offers up to $100 off connection charges to qualifying residents of Tribal lands.

FCC Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)

The ACP is ending. Due to a lack of additional funding from Congress, the last fully funded month of the program is April 2024.

However, if you’re a current participant and have your benefit with Arvig, we will extend your full discount (our treat) through your May bill cycle.

Please continue to watch your billing statements and email for more updates if you participate in ACP and have your benefit with Arvig.

In November 2021, Congress created the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), which helps to ensure families can afford the connections they need for work, school, health care and more.

If your household is eligible*, you can receive up to a $30/month discount on your internet service, and up to a $75/month discount if your household is on qualifying Tribal lands.

Arvig and its companies are not offering a one-time discount on a laptop, tablet or desktop computer.

*See the ACP program rules and the program disclosures. You may also call the ACP Support Center at 877.384.2575.
